From December 2019 to August 2021 I worked directly with Stacy Padula, CEO of Briley & Baxter Publications, to promote and grow the publishing company. In this position I had incredible opportunities to connect with authors and assist them through the Briley & Baxter Publications process. Stacy had an array of high school and college interns creating content about her books. As the communication specialist, I was able to help her use that content to promote her books while also being on the frontlines of communication with clients.

In an exciting exploration of my creative abilities, I helped authors with cover design and layout for their books. For some books, I also served as a copy editor for the final manuscript. Having a hand in so many steps of the publishing process was an incredible learning experience.

In the summer of 2021, I was able to attend an awards ceremony with Stacy when she was recognized on a billboard in Times Square for her Empowered Woman of the Year award by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP).
